Delivery Information

Christmas Delivery

All items are dispatched in batches every Saturday or every other Saturday.

The last dispatch date will be the 16th December 2017. After this the next dispatch date will be 6th Jan 2018

Cut off for orders to be included in the dispatch is 7am that Saturday morning (UK Time). Anything after 7am will be sent out the Saturday after (or the 6th Jan if ordered after 7am on the 16th Dec).

To understand if your item will reach you in time, please check the Royal Mail website. UK items are sent 1st Class, and International Items are sent international standard.

Product Delivery

Each item is priced for delivery according to it's weight. The postal charges are calculated from your delivery address and are always displayed before you commit to your order.

If you are experiencing problems with delivery please email us on orders@derrenbrown.co.uk.

You are responsible for paying all customs or import duty charges.

All time frames are approximate and as such, should not be interpreted as a guarantee.

Due to the limited edition nature of some products we will endure to post your items as quickly as possible - this will usually be within 7 days, during tours and filming schedules this can be as long as 14 days.

An important point to note is that if you order the last copy of an item which is available, once your order is placed that item will show as being out of stock. This is because you have reserved the last copy so it is now unavailable for anyone else who wants to buy it.

Signed Products

We frequently offer products that are signed by Derren Brown. Unfortunately the number of copies are always very limited and this can add extra time onto date of shipment.

Please be aware that large multiple orders/copies for signed goods may declined. This is in the interests of fairness and makes the chance of receiving a signed copy as equal as possible for all of our customers.

Not received order

We cannot consider an order "lost" until 28 days have passed since the shipping date. If 28 days have passed please contact us on orders@derrenbrown.co.uk

Wrong items have been delivered

If you have received incorrect items in you order please contact us on orders@derrenbrown.co.uk. We will advise you on how to send back the items and replace them with the correct items.

Delivery

Here is a rough guide to how long it should take for you to receive your order once dispatched (Items are dispatched every Saturday, or on occasion every other Saturday):

Royal Mail First Class - Approximately 1-3 working days

Airmail - Approximately 5-10 working days

There is no tracking information available on our items.
